Welcome to MontgomeryEquestrian.com.  We are excited to have an opportunity to share with you the stories of our very special horses and introduce you to the owners who without their endless support none of this would be possible.

Originally from Texas, Clark Daniel Montgomery was born May 20th, 1981. He began his eventing career at the age of 7. With the help of his instructors he quickly progressed and did his first Advanced Horse Trial when he was just 17.

He and his wife Jessica were married in the spring of 2006. While Clark shoulders the pressures of top level training and competing, Jess handles the logistics that are involved with keeping a string of event horses happy, healthy and on the road.

Over the years he has had the opportunity to train under the watchful eyes of many of the top instructors of the sport. In the never ending quest to make himself a more well rounded horseman and competitor at the international level, he spent six months training and competing in England and France in 2008.

Clark teaches and trains out of Carl Bouckaert’s beautiful Chattahoochee Hills farm, in Atlanta, Georgia and will be spending the winter in Ocala, Florida this year from November through April. He will be making regular trips throughout the winter to Chatt Hills so please contact him if you are interested in training or lessons in either location
